Submission

Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. All accepted and presented papers will be published in International Conference Proceedings Series, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus. Papers must have a minimum length of 4 pages. The conference registration fee includes the publication cost for 6 pages, inclusive of all figures, tables, and references. Any page exceeding this limit is subject to an extra-page charge.

Authors are invited to submit papers through the online submission link.

Submission Category

Full Paper (Publication)

Full paper submission is required. The final manuscript will not be published without advance registration after receiving paper acceptance notification.

Abstract: Oral Presentation/Poster Presentation (Not publication)

Only abstract submission is required. The abstract cannot be presented without advance registration after receiving abstract acceptance notification. And the abstract won't be published in conference proceedings or journal.

Your submission should contain the following:

● Paper title
● Name, institute affiliation, mailing address, and email address for all authors
● Abstract
● Key Words
● Conference Topic
● Introduction
● Body of paper
● Tables, figures, etc. in their proper position in the paper (if applicable)
● Conclusion
● References (no less than 10, references of recent years are preferred)

Review Policy

MMSPML does not accept any manuscripts that are currently under review, accepted, or already published in other conferences or journals. Authors should also refrain from submitting their work to other publications during the MMSPML review period. All submitted papers must contain original research conducted by the authors, with sufficient and appropriate scholarly citations to existing literature. Authors are responsible for clearly distinguishing their own contributions from previously published results and techniques. Reviewers will strictly verify that all submissions comply with these academic standards.

Review Process

1. Unbiased consideration is given to all manuscripts offered for inclusion in the MMSPML 2027 proceedings regardless of race, gender, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship or political philosophy of the authors.
2. All submissions should be written in English and submit through our Online Submission System. Papers reporting original, unpublished research results and experiences are solicited. Submissions must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere, or they would be rejected instantly.
3. The paper format should follow the Template before submitting. All papers will be subject to a double-blind peer review process and each paper will be reviewed by at least 2-3 reviewers. The review results will be sent to the program chair.
4. If necessary revisions are required by the reviewers, then the revised articles should be submitted within 2 weeks and will be sent to review again by the initial reviewer(s). If the revisions are accepted by the initial reviewer(s), then the revised papers will be accepted by our conference. All accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings for publication.
